Question about Cars & Trucks
1. Check to see if the mechanism is not broken or seized and is engaging properly. 2. Check that the solenoid is not open circuit. 3. Check to see if the solenoid is getting voltage. 4. Trace wiring back to the relay. 5. Make sure relay is operating. 6. Check voltage on relay. 7. Check where power comes from to relay. It may take a bit of time, but follow this procedure and I'm sure you'll find and fix it. Good luck. Cheers
