Haul it on a platform or disconnect the drive shaft from any axle that will be on the ground...

Even for a short distance (you know better).

You would have to get it up on a tow truck or flat bed truck because if you try to transport the vehicle with and end rolling on its wheels u will risk damaging the 4wd

My 07 Chrysler aspen will not start but my battery is good, all accessories work, my electronic throttle control light stays on, and there is also a small red light flickering

actually your aspen would start then die out after about 3 seconds. if you have tried this repeatedly, Now it does not start at all (your ECU is now locked up since it thinks you were trying to steal the vehicle). The little red light is your antitheft system. Your remote head key has failed. You can find a locksmith that does these at www.findalocksmith.com or you can have it towed to the dealership for a computer reset and another key.

Lugs are off, but the wheel won't budge on my 2007 dodge aspen. Help?

hi, this is a common fault this due to rust it needs to be spreyed with penertrating oil. the inner rim to hub is rusted or mud build-up. make sure the car is secure and you may need to wack the tyre ONLY to free the wheel. when replacing put a small amount of grease on the inner rim hub, to stop this happening again. thanks. gerry
