Question about SsangYong Kyron
On auto cruise when going up a hill and auto cruise forces downshift to keep speed, the motor (diesel) immediatately goes to safe mode. This same phenomenon is also mentioned else in Google. But where is the answer or fix? Also whilst driving on the throttle exceeding 3000 revs in higher gears (4-6) results in safe mode engaging. Who knows answer?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Your Clutch is messed up by what sound of it. You probably have to replace your clutch pretty soon. The car will not die on you when you are driving or anything like that but you should start saving some cash for that clutch replacement you are looking at about $600 to $800.

The fast idle valve is inside the throttle body. Sometimes it backs out and needs turned back in (it's threaded). This will cause the loping idle.
Get transmission filter changed with new fluid. Honda does not recommend transmission flushing.

"Things to check before even contemplating a transmission overhaul:
Check electrics - Alternator and battery.
Replace DME Relay and Fuel Pump Relay - not expensive.
Remove disassemble, clean and reassemble gear selector switch - If it looks beyond saving, replace ($200)
Service the transmission ($130 from a specialist) and check/replace transmission speed sensor ($90)"
