Jack up front end, working from underneath your vehicle. The motor is mounted right next to the engine where it joins the transmission

1999 Lincoln town car signature series wipers work only on high wiper motor is only about 6 months old

Your wipers are controlled by a wiper control module (computer ) Without testing the electrical circuits i would only be guess as to the problem . The module or the switch could be the problem . Your best bet ,have it checked by a qualified repair shop .

Why do I have steam coming out of my defroster vents and smoke coming fromunder the firewall on my 1999 lincoln town car signature series

The first thing that comes to mind is a possible leaking heater core. If this is the case, the procedure to replace it is quit labor intensive.I have a question though, what temperature is it that is not getting hot? Is it the engine, or the temp of the heater?

Does the lincoln town car serie ejecutiva have a cd player?

The Town Car Executive series is the bottom line of the Town Cars.
It has the fittings to put a CD Player in...but most did not have them (unless specially ordered)

The next series up...is the Signature Series and has a 50 / 50 chance of having a CD player.
After that, the Presidential Series (special ordered series had the players)
Then top of the line Lincoln Town Car is the Cartier...with all the bells & whistles...and CD Player.

If ya have one...its in the trunk usually on the drivers side just below the "air ride" switch.
