Testimonial: "thank you that would be good if I was driving but I am sitting at a red light with it in drive and it drops from 800 to 600 rpms and vibrates it is in the tranny computer I think what they just did in the recall thank you that would work if I was driving but not sitting still"

it is always difficult when people with hold pertinent information that can change the perspective of an answer
at no time did you mention "while standing still" so of course the answer would be irrelevant
It would make more sense now that instead of only supplying bits of information in the forum that you took the car back to where it was last worked on and have them fix it properly or at least take it back to get a proper diagnosis done

Noise in u turn and turning left and right, srs light on 2006 crv model

I'm not sure what type of noise you're hearing, but if you feel like it's coming from the rear of the car and it feel like a metal on metal vibration when doing a U turn. You rear differentail might need to be flush. You have to use Honda Dual Pump fluid(need about 3qt) other fluid will damage your differentail.

To flush rear differentail, (Honda dealer flush diff system for about $155)
1. remove both drain plug and let the fluid drain out(picture below)
2.Install lower drain plug, pump fluid in differentail using top plug until fluid come out.
3. install upper drain plug.
4.driver car for 3 miles and make couple U turn left and right.
5.repeat step 1-3 and you're done. Do one more flush if noise is still there.

k42282_37.jpg I'm not sure about your SRS light. The dealer will have to scan for the code. If it's a code for a bad seat belt buckle or seat belt tensioner, it's usully cover under lifetime warranty.(cover only if it wasn't abuse like dog ate it, car crash, hit it with hammer, etc.....)

good luck

1997 honda crv growling noise from rear wheels

from a local tyre and honda dealers, a growing noise at the back were caused by tyres profiles. According to them, CRV's come standards with certain brand ( Goodyear i think) and with certain size and certain profiles, so if you have got different ones at the back, it would create that noise. I've got myself honda crv 2005. hope its helpful.
