The seat bottom needs to be removed before the seat back, and you can't get around that. You'll have to put your hand on the front vertical portion of the cushion near the floor of the car, and push it towards the rear about 1 inch, then push it up away from the floor. Your hand should be located at the center of where a passenger's body would be. Repeat for the opposite side. Once the seat bottom is out of the way you can access the bolts that hold the seat back in place, and then that cushion needs to be pulled up towards the roof.

1997 lincoln town car..pas. seat goes foward but wont go bakwards...any help

Try pushing back as you work the switch forward and backward. The most likely problem is a stuck runner. Remove the two front bolts and the two rear nuts from the seat legs and tilt the seat backwards to clean and lubricate the runners

Is the noise coming from wiper area when you are driving on the highway? If it is the most likley solution is to replace the plastic peice at the bottom of the windshield that goes all the way across, on the outside between windshield and hood. when the wind hits it it makes noise.

95 lincoln continental drive seat does not heat only the back how

Check the continuity of the seat heating element, most likely it is burnt out, the seat cushion must be de-trimmed to replace this part, unless u have done this before it is best left to a trim repair shop, they can do the job quickly.
