No one here can tell you all of the items that will be wrong with the flood damaged car and need replacing.

The car may also have had numerous engine and other problems before it was damaged with flood waters.

Never ever buy a flood damaged car and you now know why. Nor can you rely on others for advice on the extent of the water level in the car. They can tell you anything and probably will. If you did not see the car submerged you really have little idea how much water actually went through it.

Sorry to be blunt but you need to cut your losses and get rid of the car or you will find, as you have found so far, that it is a highly unreliable expensive money pit. Insurance companies don't repair cars like you purchased because the cost of repair would normally exceed the total insured value of the car in its undamaged running state. I don't know why you would think you would be getting value in buying a non running flood damaged 8 year old German vehicle .

I jumped car off it crunk on its own fora day, then batt went dead again, this time it won't jump off. It wants to crank but won't turn over.

not sure what you said but.
seems the battery is discharging,? 12.6v is fully charged,
own a voltmeter?
try a good loaned battery , does it start the car,?
i think you meant?
i can jumper cable start my car at any time. (off another running car)
but after running my car, the battery discharges and it will not crank at all. right?
this means ,the charging system on your car is bad.
if the starter cranks great, then the engine is flooded or is in great need of a tune up (sparkplugs etc)
if flooded try the super secret in the op guide, crank with throttle wide open , this magic trick cuts all fuel injection allowing the flooding
to purge away, and eventual starting.
my guess 2 is the car wont start, so you crank the battery flat
you jumper start it and it runs. (luck)
then day 2, same deal cranks ok but wont start.. ever tune up the engine?

Rough idle, condensation comes from tailpipe when cranked. black smoke, and carb.floods with gas . seems to quit when its gets warmed up and then sometimes it dont.

I don't know the year model, if older carb, sounds like stuck choke, bad choke pull off or bad needle and seat in carb. If newer model, computer staying in closed loop, bad temperature sensor.

you need to replace the fuel pressure regualtor underneath the plenum , ck fuel pressure if it drops suddenly after you shut the engine down suspect fuel regualtor , use to have to replace the whole spider assembly now i think you can just replace the regulator
