If your talking about the relay switch to your air conditioner. These are usually located under the hood, behind the engine and against the center rear upper firewall, in the fuse center. You have to remove the large black plastic insulator (that spans the length of the firewall), that covers the windshield wiper motor and other components, to expose the fuse center.
Pop the fuse center cover off and read the diagram inside, so you know which relay switch goes to the A/C unit.
Should you not find the relay in the engine compartment I recommend the following.
I own a 91 Park Avenue (same body style) and on many of these modules, there are additional relays behind the glove box. This is bit tricky to get to though. Because you need a Torq/star screw driver, and you will need to remove the glove comparment to get at them.
As always be sure you disconnect the negative cable from the battery before pulling any relays, to avoid shorting out your electrical system.
