Why does my engine keep geting hot

Please check the pressure cap on the radiator. Also if the water pump is faulty there will be low circulation. Also a leak on the radiator or the hose can reduce water and this must be checked if the coolant reduces in a day.
Finally the TIMING of the IGNITION is important. Check for free movement in all wheels, there must not be any brake jamming.
Also the belt must be checked to be of correct tension.

My lumina is geting hot because the water dont circulate

ONe of two things, your thermostate has gone bad or the water pump is bad. Regardless if your are going to change your water pump, it's a goos thing to change your thermostate too. Good luck.  The water isn't that hard to change on the 3.4 but the thermostate can be a pain.

1995 jeep lalredo 4x4 keeps geting hot

The problem with these jeeps is that the older they get the more clogged the radiator geats.
The radiator in the Cherokees are only a single row of tubes.
You can try to flush out the radiator, but replacing it with a heavy duty type is probably a better option.
Your car is not getting enough flow to cool down the engine.
Also you want to check that the electric fan is coming on. There is a coolant sensor in the radiator.
