I had a 2004 Grand Voyager. I used Penrite 10W - 40 as this allows a good range for temperature variations, plus is not to thick to block the internal holes within the motor

Your speed sensor might be hanging up.when you changed the trans oil and filter did your old oil smell burnt, and make sure you put the right fluid init.If your oil is burnt looks like you have a big job ahead of you.

What kind of oil do I put in my van.


The Grand Voyager came with 3 different engines sizes but all say to use the same engine oil. 10W-30 is what I show.

WHAT TYPE OIL IS RECCOMMENDED FOR AN OIL CHANGE ON THE PLYMOTH VOYAGER WITH OVER 100,000 MILES


Use high mileage oil, Castrol or whatever you prefer. Warm and Hot weather, 10w40, cool or cold weather 10w30.
