Check your fuse box. When multiple things fail at the same time it is usually a blown fuse. Extremely easy and cheap to fix. Probably a dash fuse, on a 95 infinity the fuses should be easy to identify by looking at the referance guide on the back of the fuse box cover. If it doesnt have a reference guide you can check your fuses one by one, You can identify a blown fuse by inspecting the contacts for a damage. If you find a blown fuse be sure and replace it with the same type.
Did you check to see if the child safety lock may have been activated? If so the door will only open from the outside.Try removing the power door lock switch/arm rest assembly to see if the door lock switch can be jumped out in the event the door lock switch is burnt out.
Does the Infiniti have an exterior key lock cylinder on the rear door? Hello! A quick suggestion, could your Catalytic converter be blocked/collapsed. This would restrict the full flow of exhaust gasses from the engine thus causing severe lack of power.
