Is there B+ voltage to the injector ? Is the engine computer controlling it ? Suggest you watch youtube videos on injector control . Inside the PCM - engine computer are transistors which control the injector.

My cf. Moto nk400 2016modal will only run when I spray fuel down the intake where the fuel injecters are? If I can here my fuel tank prime that means the fuel pump is pumping right?

Preasure your fuel tank. Take a cloth and put over your gas tank fill and use a air compressor to blow air into the tank to build presure. This should build up presure and react the fuel pump to pick up the fuel.

Why is there no power coming to injectors

What kind of vehicle. Most deisel injectors are operated under pressure and not electric. If no fuel to a diesel injector you may have a lift pump issue in the fuel tank

How do I find out why my fuel makes it to injectors.my tank is straitht wired to injectors but it wont start, that is why we think it could be a sensor.

Your tank cannot be wired to the injectors. The fuel must come through a pipe, not a wire. If it is a diesel, the fuel must go from the tank to the fuel pump, from the fuel (header) pump to the injector pump, from the injector pump to the injectors
It might be a common rail engine, in which case the fuel will go to the pressure pump and from there to the common rail which is connected by pipes to the injectors, The injectors will then be "fired" by the ECM unit. If this is the case, and you suspect a sensor, there are two or more sensors. The first one is the crank angle sensor mounted somewhere near the flywheel, and the other is the cam angle sensor (or two), mounted somewhere on the front of the engine, near the camshaft.

I have a 1997 dodge grand caravan 3.8l v6 with about 146k. I stopped at a gas station and put gas in it (was at 1/2 tank) Went to start it and it started hard. Cranked for about 4 seconds before turning...

Have you ever put in the gasoline tank any fuel injector cleaner yet because your injectors which injects the fuel of gasoline, if the injectors are not injecting enough fuel into the piston chambers that the fuel injectors needs to be clean to allow enough fuel to come in so go buy injector cleaner at autozone and put the whole thing into the gasoline tank and then drive. Your fuel injectors are clogged or going serious bad on you so you might have to replace them as well but first try to put fuel injector cleaner and see.

Replace your fuel pump. When you run a vehicle completely out of fuel, you will pull all the sediment off the bottom of the tank, and this will indeed clog fuel injectors, but first it will clog your fuel filter. After replacing your fuel filter, purchase a high-octane fuel injector cleaner, and add it to your fuel tank as specified on the side of the fuel injector cleaner bottle specifies.

1996 volkswagon golf 1.4 petrol with fuel rail and injectors (MPI) in some cars with that set up the fuel pump in the tank works on and off only when the fuel pressure is low it comes on but dont stay on...

It's normal because you have fuel return to tank for extra fuel which is not used. Car uses only amount fuel which goes through injectors, overflow goes back to tank but the pump need to pump constantla to maintain required pressure for injectors to work properly.

Yes, if everything is still connected properly, except that the injectors are no longer seated int he valve head, then you should see little spurts of gas coming from them when the engine turns over.

Be aware though, that it might not be your fuel injectors that are the problem. You need to finish checking the rest of the car before making that assumption.

Once you know the injectors aren't firing, you need to check the fuel filter and the fuel pump to make sure the gas is getting from the tank to the injectors.

You should have a fuel filter located on the passenger side of your car near the gas tank. Follow the gas lines under the car to find it. It is good to change it anyways, but you can check to see if gas is coming from the tank to the filter by removing the rear line

** BE CAREFUL, Gasoline is EXTREMELY irritating to the eyes and skin, and it WILL come out when you remove the line from the filter***

If it is coming from the tank to the filter you don't have to check your pump. Then replace the rear gas line, and remove the front gas line going to the engine and make sure the filter spits out gas while the engine turns over as well.

If there is no gas getting to the fuel filter, you will need to check your fuel pump, which should be located inside the gas tank. You can check it by getting under the car while you have a friend turn the key to the "on" position, but not starting the car. Do this 4 to 6 times to make sure you hear a little "Click, woosh" type sound that lets you know the pump is triggering.

If you have gas coming from the tank, through the filter and it is still not coming through the injectors, then you will need to rebuild your fuel injectors.

This is not hard to do, and consists mostly of changing the little gaskets in the injectors. But be aware that there are lots of small parts and the job cannot be rushed. Also be aware that lumina fuel injection systems are very sensitive. Make sure to disconnect your battery cables before removing the injectors from the system.

I got a difffernt injector pump and now my truck won't run

I am hoping this truck is a gas engine. If so probably a 460. The truck has a fuel pump in the fuel tank or tanks if so equipped. There is a fuel rail at the front of the engine that feeds the injectors. On this fuel rail you will see a plastic cap that looks like a cap on a valve stem to a tire wheel combo. Remove this cap, if you turn the key to the on position you should have air out at first and then fuel. Be very careful not to ignite the fuel coming out. Use something to catch the fuel as it begins to come out.
