It depends on what the repairs are that you want
if you want welded patches then nobody would be interested in that
however if you wanted the complete subframe replaced with a good unit from a wreckers /junk yard that was rear ended but the front was good
then panel shops would do that as it is replacing rusted parts with good parts
you would need to ring around and ask if they are interested in replacing the complete front end subframe with a good unit
consider junking the car and getting a unit with no rust
if the engine and drive line are still good then all you would want is a body shell and just swap over the units
or get a new car

2001 Ford Expidition is not ready i drove it 100 mi. still not ready

You do not have to drive at all for whatever
you were told

Any drive cycles needed from a repair, should
be done by a repair shop, & they have to have
info, to look up what to do

Any Monitor, not ready, is what your asking

If they are not clear or don't run, then some type
of repair still needs to be done

The last one to run should be the Evap System
& it only runs every few days & shouldn't be a
problem with going to inspection

You still got codes or data to be looked at &
that situation resolved

Need disassembly and assembly instructions for replacing the timing belt on a 2000 Honda Accord SE 4dr with a 2.3L V-tech 4 Cylinder from start to finish!

What you are asking for is a repair manual. Unfortunately, this information is copyrighted and you are not likely to find it just floating around the internet. However, is a very good source for service information for your Honda. For a small fee of around $27/year, you can have full access to all of the same professional service information for your car that I would use if you were to bring it to my shop for repair.

Odyssey transmission that won't stay fixed. Spent some $3303 hard-earned money to repair the trans. As a second owner, I wonder if HONDA would take it back, just for a couple thousands. This trans has been...

send me some tighter pictures , your location and the mileage.
  • I will be fair with you and tell you what I feel the should be done.
  • The oil pump pressure should be increased
  • The valve body gaskets replaced
  • Use dexron trans fluid ( Ford trans fluid has banana oil in it and is not reccommended on certain clutch composits. If motor oil, which contain certain additives, is put in a motorcycle it will cause severe clutch slippage and or grabbing.. So there you go. Give it some thought and I'll talk to my daughter who needs a vehicle that gets better mileage. Keep in mind that most shops buy their lubricants in bulk, sich as 55 gallon drums and as much as having a tanker fill a bulk tank on site. There are oils on the market that claim universal applicability and is much cheaper, It only makes sense that a shop that does any volume of trans work would go that route. Especially low buck shops.I doubt you have been spending all this time and money at a honda dealership. Right? So there you go. Three itemsand you can do all of them if you are mechanically inlined, Two of them if you are a logical person and only one as an amatuer tinkerer.
  • All the internal parts must be new so you can eliminate having to do any tear down or trans removal. Right?
  • Sincerely, Ned
