Hii i am new here.i have a bmw 330i 2003.i bought it from one week and the light of the engine oil is flashing on and off and it disappear suddenly.i don't know the reason please can anyone helps me to...

Check the oil level,
Add if necessary.
You might even need an oil change due to a clogged oil filter.
If the car might have been sitting for a long time this could be the problem because the filter elements can dry up causing a incorrect flow of oil to occur.
At worst the oil pressure sending sensor cuold be bad but I highly doubt it.
If oil level is correct the oil change should be the best bet.
Good luck,Gary

Seat warmers won't come on?

Hi, the most common fault with the seat heaters is the heating elements, your 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe would be no exception. The upper and lower elements work in series so that if one fails they both stop working. The best way to test them is to check the resistance of each heating element separately. If one or both are out of spec the faulty element will need to be replace. This will involve removing the seat cover(s) as necessary to access the element.

The drivers side heated seat no longer heats. Not normally a problem but it has been - 45 here this week and I would love to have a warm bum again. The fuse seems to be fine.

Failed seat heating elements are fairly common. I have also seen several failed seat control modules. Access to the data from the Body Control Module and the Seat Module is necessary to perform an effective diagnosis.

How to build cars

mcdevito75 here, That would be a project and a half, First you:d need a Chassis, available at the junk yard, then Front suspension parts, have to buy brand new, maybe $600.00------$1,000,00 then you"d need the engine, Transmission and rear end, chances are all would have to be re-buit, maybe $6,000.00--------$10,000,00 then you"d need the cars electrical Harnesses, also buy brand new, maybe $3,000, then you"d need a body, from the junk yard, maybe $1,000.00 Then you would need the tools, Hoists, Jacks, Know how, welding equipment, and all associated testing equipment, Then you"d need to check with your local motor vehicle dept. for any of their requirements. They do sell auto body re-building kits, for a Volkswagon Chassis, abiut $6,000.00

How much can i get for my 1997 oldsmobile cutlass supreme that is in good condition and runs, but has a rear main seal leak.

to replace the rear main seal on that car is expensive and may cost as much as the car is worth,it depends on the mileage and body condition, maybe 1000.00, a 1997 cutlass supreme in good condition, with 100,000 miles can sell for 2000.00. yours needs a rear main seal.and you say its in good condition inside and out then start at $1400.00.

Change oil light stays on for a few seconds

you must reset the oil life . WITHOUT STARTING THE ENGINE, put ignition in the ON position with the dash lights on. NOW this MUST be done within 10 seconds. Push the gas pedal all the way down to the floor and release 3X. This should clear the light. Sometimes necessary to repeat if not done in a timely manner.
