Fan switch ? Radiator fans not working ? Your vehicle has a cylinder head temperature sensor . The sensor is a input to the PCM - engine computer , the PCM inturn will energize a relay turnning on the cooling fans when temp gets hot enough . Before replacing a sensor your vehicle may not need i suggest you have it diagnoised .

Where is the a/c check valve and vacuum cannister on a ford 2002 e250?

The vac tank is usually in the engine compartment, don't know about a check valve for the a/c unless you are talking about the HVAC control on the dash.

I own a 2000 E250 extended cargo van. the lower two fan speeds will not work. if i put it on the high setting it runs just fine. is this a switch or fan motor problem

open the hood on the left hand side ( passenger side ) look for the resister it should have two screwsattached to the heater box you will see a wire coming out of it but it sounds like the resister is gone for the two speeds.
