It doesn't sound like hot water is circulating thru the heater core. That model should have a valve on the intake hose that goes thru the firewall. Check to see that the cable is connected and the valve is working. If it is working properly, the hose should become hot on the heater core side of the valve.

If you are looking for a complete electrical schematic for this vehicle i think its gonna take alot more than FIxYa. I had a pace arrow 1984 and o boy, if it wasnt for some knowledge and hands on even looking at a schematic it was almost impossible to figure out. wires and switches everywhere, i might try to contact chrysler or find the builder of this and see if you can get such paperwork, i wish you the best.

Well look at the fuses and see if any are blown. First guess is the black wire coming out of the box is ran from the bad part. goes to the hot side of the fuse missing. Looks like they ran the wire to the bottom tabs. Because the part was shorting out, the tabs were taking the wear and tear. Best is to follow the black wire to where it goes.
