Scorpio 2007 crde suddenly stopped while running on high rpm .and after few seconds vehicle start when cranking. Also black smoke comes out from exhaust .what will be the problem.

Black smoke emanating from exhaust indicates carbon and a lack of complete combustion of fuel Could be caused by too much fuel entering cylinder, weak spark, choke still on, clogged air filter, etc.

Hi, air in the cooling system can cause both overheating and lack of heat in the car; however, this should not prevent the car from starting. The water pump is another possibility, but less common than air. You will first need to get the car started before you can troubleshoot the colling system issues.

Please see my tip at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r5821173-doesnt_car_start_gasoline_engines . These are generic instructions. If you get stuck or need specific instructions for your car, please get back to me with model, year and engine info. Please start there and let me know what you find out on getting it started. Below is the second post for checking out the cooling system. I suspect you may have a blown head gasket that is causing all of these problems. A compression test could possibly verify this condition. I explain the compression test in this post: http://www.fixya.com/cars/r6715318-causes_gasoline_engine_misfires .

Air condition blows hot air but it has freon

You may have created an over charged condition and at this point the a/c compressor will cut off on high head pressures. This can be verified by installing gauges to the systems high and low side service taps and reading the pressures. An overcharged system will start the compressor briefly but soon cuts off once pressure goes to 350 - 400 lbs on the high side. Acceptable pressures for this system should be no greater than 250 high and low suction should drop to 40-50 psi.You might recover the charge and evacuate the system, then try bringing the charge back to proper level.A sight glass in the reciever drier really helps determining proper fill.Once all bubbles have dissipated from the sight glass during charging ,one should stop at that point to avoid overfilling.Too much freon is worse than a low charge especially in hot ambient conditions....
