The police officer said I was going faster than what my speedometer was saying I was doing.

Did you have stock size tires before and change it to a larger or smaller size? The change in tire size can alter the speedometer readings. I have 31x10.5x15 tires on the rear and stock 15in tires on the front of a 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The front end is trying to lock in 4 wheel low. Is it because of the different size tires? Can I disable...

Tire size is critical on any jeep but especially so on ones with quadratrac transfer cases. If you run different size tires it will cause the fluid coupler inside the case to overheat and fail. (big$ to repair)
Don't drive it that way and get a matching set of tires on there asap!!!

Will the stock rims and tires off a 2010 gmc truck (265/70/17) work ok on a 98 gmc truck with stock tire size of (245/75/16) ?

Keep it simple...they are both GM thats a good thing, however my guess is 16" and 17" dont interchange but to be perfectly sure consult a Goodyear or Firestone or the like tire store, they have a book on the stuff!!
Happy Motoring!!

What size tires do I put on Pontiac Grand am?

the stock rims should be 16" making the tire size 205/55/16. let me know if you have a different rim size. you can look at the tire size on the tire sidewall and the last number is going to be your rim size. if it's a 15' rim the tires are 195/65/15 and finally for 14" rims the tire size is 195/70/14. hope this helps.

nope better to put on same size tire.because it will effect the abs brake system if one or two tires is smaller.

How do i remove the stock intake box from my grand prix gt

Look for attachment bolts inside the air box under the filter at the bottom. ducts usually pull right out, just watch that you don't break or damage wiring etc.

What is the stock tire size for a 98 corolla

There was two different sizes on 98 Corollas, 175/65-14 and 185/65-14. If it's an LE model it uses the 185/65-14 size. Your owners manual or sticker in the door jamb should also provide that information.
