Take the car to a hyundai dealer and have the chip reprogrammed back to factory settings
get a print out of the changed settings first and ask the fbi where to get the analysis done
if the dealer cannot reprogram the chip then get another ECM and give the old ECM to the analysis people for a reading of the changed settings
are you sure that it is an apple employee doing the cyber stalking and if so ring the ceo of apple and tell all the details of the incidents and events that lead you to that belief ( including a suspects name ) and ask if apple security can be involved and check check from apple end

How to Program Keyless Entry Remotes in a Hyundai Sonata By Christian Killian, eHow Contributor
20Found This Helpful The keyless entry system in your Hyundai Sonata is part of the factory alarm system. If you have to replace a lost or damaged remote, reprogramming will be necessary. The remote is important because not only does it lock and unlock the doors, it also arms and disarms that factory alarm when you open or close your car doors. New remotes are available from any Hyundai dealer. While they will program it for you, you can do it yourself and save a programming fee.

Step 1: Locate the fuse panel under the dash on the driver's side of the car. Just below it is the control module for the factory alarm system. Open the cover on the alarm system control module and locate the memory switch inside.
