Under vehicle, driver side, below seating area, front
of fuel tank, mounted on chassis in fuel lin.

The fuel filter should be on the frame rail on the right side below the passengers door area.Just follow the fuel lines from the motor or the fuel tank.

Paul , your Caddy has no fuel inertia cut off switch . Has a fuel pump relay controlled by the PCM - engine computer .
