SOURCE: opel monza gsi E16ES ecu pinout wiring diagram

The ecu doesn't control the power of the spark, only where it goes at a particular time. The coil/s, plugs, wires, cap and rotor do though.

Where is the thermostat cos I need to replace it

That will be simple to find . Just follow the top radiator hose from the radiator to the end of it where it connects to your engine. The thermostat will be inside the part where the hose connects.

Opel monza gsi E16ES ECU pinout diagram

Unlikely this is being caused by ECU. Not impossible, but unlikely. For poor spark, ECU has nothing to do with this. Check ignition module/coil. For overfueling, bad spark can prevent burning fuel properly, but leaking fuel injectors or bad coolant temp sensor more probable.

My opel monza gsi 160i heat gauge stays down and only moves a touch but motor is warm and fan kicks on and off ,cant get co2 emisions right

Check voltage on wire at temperature sensor, take the wire off the sensor, switch ignition on, and measure the voltage on the wire, it should be 10 volt, if it's to low the voltage stabilizer behind the speedo cluster needs most of the time be replaced. If the voltage is 10 volt on the wire, put it to earth , the gauge should move to hot(full scale). if this is ok too, replace the temp sensor.

Why my opel monza Gsi 160 i using a lot of fuel

If the emissions are OK, and the car is running OK then it's either leaking fuel or you need to drive more gently. They aren't a particularly economical car
