The cigarette lighter fuse for a Chevrolet City Express LT is located in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box. The location of the fuse box varies depending on the year of the vehicle. For instance, in 2003-2007 models, the cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses are numbered 29 (Auxiliary Power Outlets) and 30 (Cigarette Lighter). In 2008-2009 models, they are numbered 33 (Auxiliary Power Outlet) and 38 (Cigarette Lighter). In 2010-2022 models, they are numbered 25 (Auxiliary Power Outlet) and 73 (Cigarette Lighter).
They are listed in the manual and here is the information, the fuses are under the hood in the power distribution box.
FUSE# 71 20A** Auxiliary power point/cigar lighter
FUSE #72 20A** Auxiliary power point (right rear quarter panel)

2006 doesn't have anything called a cig liter fuse. it is a "Auxiliary Power point" fuse. It is located under the hood. If you don't have a owners manual download one from Ford it is free. The fuse will be at least 15A
The fuses for the power points (as they are labeled in the manual) are located in the power distribution box under the hood, fuses 22 and 29 (20A each). See the attached pic (I highlighted the fuse locations).
locate the fuse panel . The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal.
Remove the panel cover to access the fuses. count starts from upper left corer going down. fuse #3 Yellow is a 20A used for Cigar Lighter,also used for Data Link Connector
find the Power distribution box. The power distribution box is located in the engine compartment near the bBrake fluid reservoir. The power distribution box contains high-current fuses that protect your vehicle's main electrical systems from overloads. realay #5 a 20A Mini fuse used for the Instrument Panel Auxiliary Power Point
NOTE: Always disconnect the battery before servicing high current fuses. Always replace the cover to the Power Distribution Box before reconnecting the battery or . If the battery has been disconnected and reconnected, make sure u follow idle otor setup.
