Also check to see that the dipstick is seating properly. Pressure blow-by can cause a low oil pressure reading - especially if oil pressure is normal and there is no evidence of leaking when parked, running etc...

Assuming these readings are false, I have asimilar problem in my 540 which tells me allt the exterior bulbs are not working. The bulb sensor is faulty so I think you are safe in your assumption although the oil light showing would scare me, false or not. I suggest you get a service agent to cast his/her eyes over that one.

tghis is the check engine light, this means u have a problem in the electroincs that control the engine or the emission system, this is outlined in the owners manual.
