Hey Greg that really didn't help me out the bud I just had an alarm put on it they killed the coil and the starter

After market alarms should be put on by people who do this kind of stuff. And beware, aftermarket alarms only last a few years, then start causing all sorts of problems. I don't put them in, But I sure do pull a lot of them out.

Td12xxc3 what kind of engine and year believe its a chevy v-6

That's a tough one! If you need routine maintenance parts like an air filter, oil filter or spark plugs just remove the part and write down the number on the part and get the same part number. If you need stuff like a starter, water pump, etc. you need to look for some kind of ID plate on the engine. Are you sure there is a Chevy engine in an Isuzu Rodeo???? Can't imagine how they did that!

I received a performance ship, I need to install it correctly. To do so I need to identify the wires on the IAT/MAF sensor. do you have a diagram. I believe it is the pink and brown wire.

First, you forgot to mention what kind of vehicle you are working on...YEAR, MAKE(well, it did say Hummer), MODEL, ENGINE SIZE.

Second, I highly recommend not messing with that stuff...trust me...you will wish you hadn't. I have had to clean those messes up too many times. If your vehicle is not fast enough, go buy a Bugatti Veyron or something....it's much easier, much faster and will come with a warranty!

Bought a used 1996 s 10 4 cyl. what kind of

Use the cheapest stuff you can find that has ethylene glycol in it.
Walmart sells both Dex-Cool (more expensive) and 'Mixes with any color' coolant of various brands. Just get the kind that mixes with any color and you'll be fine for up to 5 years, according to the label.

A used truck can accomodate the coolant that is inexpensive and have no problems.

Good luck on this one.

What type antifreeze does 1995 Lasabre take?

Most likely Dex-cool, the nasty orange engine eating stuff of lawsuits (try googling dex cool lawsuit for some background.) If the cap on the overflow / expansion tank has orange lettering, it came from the factory with Dex-cool (it will also tell you so.) If it has green lettering on that cap, or doesn't specify, then the old style green stuff is the order of the day.

To make your life easier, there is coolant available which will mix with every other kind, and it only costs a dollar or so additional at the parts store.

If you have Dex-cool, open your radiator cap - the actual one on the radiator, not the overflow - and look for rust or something that looks like Satan's idea of Jell-o. If you see either of those, have your cooling system flushed by a mechanic - it will be money well spent.

Personally, I use the "mix with everything" or G-05 type coolant in my vehicles. Any that had dex-cool or even the old green stuff got the new stuff at the first opportunity. It is long lasting (good for about five years) and tolerant of crunchy water, and will not harm your engine, no matter who built it.

I have serviced my kia as the manual describes and the past year by a Kia Dealership. They stated 7 months ago that they had checked my oil; next visit to Kia is to be at 60,000 which I do not have, engine...

I would suggest speaking with who ever changed your oil last so that you don't mix viscosity. Normally it would be 10W30 maybe 5W30. Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa!

2000 CR-V: Advice on recommended repairs

If your fuel filter is in the tank $149 is reasonable, and beings its almost 10 years old it would be good to change it. The suspension bushings are probably due to be changed even though you have low miles the climate and everything wears them over time so it is possible. I would say if you have the money go for it, but its not like you need to rush out and have these repairs done right away.
