Most newer vehicles have a twist out socket located behind the light assembly.

I have a 2004 Jeep Liberty . Air Bag light is on and scanner said problem is Internal 1 . What does that mean?

The airbag module is dead. Internal 1 is a failure of the internal circuit check. You have to replace the module.

Jeep Liberty 2004 sport gas cap not sealing

You can get the silicone grease at automotive and hardware stores. Apply to rubber seal on cap about every 2 to 3 months. This will ensure a seal so that the engine light doesn't come on. Worked great on My 2008 Liberty.

Is it common in 2004 jeep libertys to have the fuel pump go out? I am replacing mine for the 2nd time in 2 months

No, it is not common for fuel pumps to fail. But if you get into the habit of driving the Jeep when the low fuel indicator lights up, it will cause the pump to overheat and fail prematurely over time.

Hi, i own a jeep liberty 2004. The brake lights work but when it's dark and i have my low beam lights in front switched on, my left break light will not light up, the right brake light will do. I switched...

The rear light assemblies need to be removed and the replaced. The filaments have either melted together or the wrong ones installed at some point. Let me know if you need anything else.

Why is my 2004 Jeep liberty sport Brake lights not working. I have replaced the bulbs and fuses, what else can i do?

The brake light switch is probably bad. It's usually located up under the dash and is connected to the brake pedal shaft. It could even be unplugged.

2004 liberty

If your engine light came on, the engine module could have stored a code.
You need to have a scanner to check what code it is and that will point you toward the solution.
Possible causes could be (crank sensor, tps sensor or oxygen sensor).
Don't go replacing parts until you scan the vehicle for codes first.
