I don't know the dodge model or engine size? Do you have electronic throttle control?
The generic basics for any vehicle with higher rpm problems, check for blockage of some kind, fuel--air--exhaust, something of that nature. How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?

I only could drive my 1999 dodge caravan for a mile before it turns off i then have to wait half hour before i can start it again for another mile

There are a variety of things that can cause this issue. However, the most common would be electrical. I would suspect a faulty crank sensor or ignition coil causing the problem.

While driving when I try to accelerate after 30 miles per hour my car pulsates before picking speed. The car seems like loses speed before it pickup speed.

It's hard to say if this is something more dire than this, but have your spark plugs and wires checked out.

If a cylinder is not igniting properly when you accelerate, it would definitely cause this problem.

I had a car where it would 'jump' when I was trying to accelerate past 30-40mph and switching the wires fixed it right up. Hope this helps!

Have a 2004 Sprinter that produces a ESP and Traction light after approx 12 miles of driving. Shut off ignition and lights go out for another approx 12 miles. No codes found with scan check. Have checked...

The problem is a lack of agreement between the output signals to the ECU from the speed sensor on the transmission output shaft and the speed sensors in the wheel hubs. These will need to be checked. There is an outside possibility that a reluctor ring on one of the hubs has snapped and although the sensor is working fine it is picking up the wrong signal. Of the three possibilities I would suspect the speed sensor on the transmission. These sensors have the characteristic error of reducing the voltage signal output as they warm up and the transmission does get very hot. This means that speed sensors can work perfectly when started but as temperature rises begin to behave erratically. This type of error escapes ECU monitoring.

There is a wobble at about 35 miles an hour but drives out at about 40 miles per hour

Most low speed wobbles are caused by a tire becoming out of round as it wears down the tread. Probably a front tire. Jack the tire just till it is off the ground and turn the tire looking at the clearance of the tire above the ground. Notice how much it changes as you go around. Try this with each tire to find the problem.

Tread separation will also cause this. The above procedure will also work for this.
