It all depends on how the manufactorer placed the fuses. I would have to say that the one in the glove compartment would be the one. You would have to look at the diagram

This happened in my '01 galant as well. If you take a peek under where the handle used to be, there's a little square nook with a spring and a little plastic tab. take a key and stick it right above the tab and press down, and the glove compartment should just pop right open. If it doesn't work, then it's probably just locked. Just unlock the door and try it again.
