Chevy Lumina 1993 blower motor connectorI bought doesnt match my connector.

I checked with Oreiley's, they confirmed it was the correct motor listed. Checked with another Oreiley's and they confirmed. Then checked with Autozone, they have the same motor with the wrong connector. Known issue?

I checked the listings at Autozone and noticed that the connectors for the 1993Lumina Sedan and Van are different. Are you sure they gave you the right one?

95 chevy lumina van some time the blower moter work, sometimes it dont. if you hit a bump it will shut off or start up as you are driving

This sounds like a bad motor or the mostlikely cause is a bad connection, check connection at the blower motor and look for a melted connector then you may want to take a look at the switch if there are no sign of loose or melted connector at the motor or the resisotr check the resistor after the motor then the switch, i would bet you will find a melted loose connector or motor is bad, good luck.

My 1993 Chevy Lumina passenger side window will not roll down, and the automatic door locks have stoped working? What would be causing this?

First of all check the fuse to the remote unit of the winder .
Once the main panel board can be removed you can find the voltage to the main unit which can be a possible break of connection in the door hinges of the driver side.

Your voltage check to the unit will confirm if there is a break or a faulty panel or a jammed motor.

The blower motor isnot working

First check the blower motor fuse in fuse box, if it is good check the blower motor relay by switching it around with another relay, to see if it is bad. If this does not work go to the blower control module and see if the blower is getting power, if the motor is getting power and not working, then the motor is bad, if it is not, it is more than likely the blower control module/resistor.

I have a 1993 Chevy Lumina 3.1 v6. The low coolant light stays on even when the coolant is full. I bled the system and changed the thermostat and still doesnt go off. I have also noticed that if i go on...

i had same problem with my lumina it ended up having a blown head gasket. do a compression check and look for a low cylinder on the outside or twq cylinders next to each other that are low.if they are low it indicates a blown gasket. hope this helps

I have water on the floor boards of my Chevy Lumina. The seals around the doors and windows are not wet,and there is no water trail running down the door panels. What could be causing the water on my floor...

clean out under the front cowl.there are drains that come out of the firewall.probably plugged up.the water backs up and runs down through the blower motor.

Heater blower motor

On my '95 Trans Sport (I don;t think theere's any difference - under the hood - look about the middle of the firewall near the top. You'll see the motor & outer housing. There are 4 screws in the housing, but don't know if disconnecting & removing the screws will allow you withdraw the blower assy on the engine side of the firewall.
For me, I checked there was volts at the blower electrical connector.
There was, so I took a soft hammer and whacked the motor casing a few times. It started to turn, but with a squeel. So I whacked it more, the squeel lessened & the motor speeded up. So I just continued whacking from different directions until I seemed to have aligned things - max speed, no squeel. Seems to be working 100% now (for the time being).
If no volts at the motor connector, try whacking the blower relay at the upper portion of the firewall about a foot to the left of the blower. This worked as a temporary fix on my old '91 APV. Eventually it failed for good. The new relay fried in short order. Had to put in a higher Amps one. Also check the relay connector, mine was corroded out and had to be replaced as well.
