Likely the drivers door switch is bad by all the windows quitting at once. By having power to all switches, relay is ok. First check the wires in the rubber boot in the drivers door jam, have had trouble with the wires breaking there. Next check the drivers door switch which is the master switch and all of them work through it. Good luck.

its very common for the contacts in the window switch to go bad no more than it cost to fix just get one and yes its common for the regulator and motor to go bad your problems in the switch

If the power to the illumination and the switches is out in the door, I would say it is a broken wire in the A-pillar to the door on the driver's side.
This is a Light Blue w/ Black stripe wire, it powers both the illumination and the windows themselves.
