Very easy, 2 or 3 minutes.
Remove radiator grille. 2 plastic fittings on top, quarter turn and lift out grille.
Remove complete headlight. Simply lift out 2 L shape retaining pins. Disconnect lead. Ease out complete headlamp unit.
Remove back of headlamp unit to access bulbs. Disconnect lead from bulb while bulb still held by clip. Then release clip to remove bulb.
Reverse process to fit.

Common fault on FORD
Usually due to a poor connection in the YELLOW PLASTIC CONNECTOR underneath the passenger seat.
Just push it together properly and it should clear the AirBag fault

Testimonial: "thanks for your reply, after writting the question i had a look and it was the intercooler pipe it had slipped off and needed a new clip thanks again"
SOURCE: the interior light bulb in
I haven't got a solution. I just have the same problem. The interior bulb regularly blows, about every couple of months. The local dealer suggested roughing the contacts with emery cloth, which is almost impossible to do.
