Perhaps your valves need adjusting. Ask a mechanic.

Oil pressure is really low and valve started ticking after oil change, WHY??

the new oil pressure is affected by the pump speed especially an oil pump that has done a lot of work. Low water pressure is usually a sign of engine wear particularly around the mains and bigends.
As the motor ages and all the parts become worn more and more is lost into the crankcase. As you rev the motor the oil pressure increases and will maintain its pressure at around six or eight PSI.
When you change the oil in the hydraulic tappets drain the oil away and so when you restart the engine after you have changed the oil the worn oil pump take some time to get new oil up and around the hydraulic tappets.
This is a common problem with well used engines, it does not mean that they are not usable but it does mean they are starting to show their age.

Truck wont start bat seems ok but i did notice when i put key in chime does not work

Switch on the lights and blow the horn, this will give you a pretty good indication of the condition of your battery, also look to see if the panel lights dim appreciably while you do this. If there is no change in the lights, the battery is probably not the problem and you will have to investigate further. A battery must be really low for the starter solenoid not to chatter when the key is turned.

An intermitant noisy tappet ????????????? Tappets seem unadjustable.

you have hydraulic tappets, they are not adjustable, use engine flush every 20k oil change,(leave in system for 30 mins with engine running) then before you drain, blip the gas upto 3500 revs several times to clear the oilways of sludge.

What are the symtoms of a bad clutch switch

If the engine revs up more than normal and your not gaining speed then the clutch is slipping. If you shift down to pass and then try to accelerate and the engine revs up but you don't gain speed, the clutch is slipping. If with the park brake on you can let the clutch out without stalling you need a clutch. If it makes a tinny sound when the clutch is pushed, you need a trow-out bearing

A fairly consistent tapping noise from the top of the engine between 50 - 70 mph. After 70-75 mph in seems to quiet down.

sounds like a lifter is bleeding out or starving for oil at low revs
check oil level and oil pressure
if thats good lifter or tappet clearance next to check
is engine seviced regularly?
slugde build up can cause problems also
if V6 petrol see a lot of worn valve guides causing noise worse when warm and noise comes in and out at 1200RPM
tappet clearance issue noise would be there all the time
lifter can also come and go while holding revs up

05 Altima, brake light and battery light on

You may need an alternator.Once battery voltage goes low enough the brake warning light can come on warning you the battery voltage is too low for the brake system to work properly. The bat light is warning you there is a problem with the charging circuit, most likely the alternator.
