SOURCE: How many amps does an older Western plow pump typically pull? I was going to wire in some fuses for my plow and did not want to put too small of fuse in circuit and get stuck out plowing.

do not use fuses use reset able circuit breakers instead

Testimonial: "Circuit breakers are not desirable, they degrade with each use, every trip for a fault makes the breaker less reliable, so rather be safe and use the best option a fuse, and reason for post, to figure out correct amperage."

SOURCE: I have a hydraulic Western Plow. I just purchased it from a guy that sells used plows for Western plow, and hooked it up. It will lift, lower and turn right. When it turn right, it goes up.

Take this issue up with the "guy (who) sells used plows for Western".
