What fuse ? Number an location , lincoln doesn not lable fuse's ,use's number > Fuel pump relay doesn't power fuel pump directly an the fuse does not either .The fuel pump is controlled by the rear electronic module . Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop . Unless you know how to trouble shoot automotive electronic control modules . Check out wiring diagram here

02 spectra no power at fule pump and inj fuse

The pump relay should have four terminals. Number 2 is a green red wire which powers the pump from a 10 amp fuse. Number 3 goes to the pump. Number 1 powers the magnet in the relay and number 4 is the ground signal from the engine computer. If the relay does not engage on its own, one of these circuits is not working.
The injectors get power from that 15amp fuse which gets power from the main relay.
The problem could be farther upstream with the 25amp main fuse.

Put new fuel pump in old one was bad but now i have no power to it and can't find pump fuse in any of the 3 fuse boxes?

The fuse for the fuel pump and fuel pump relay is located in the fuse box in the engine compartment. The one on the passenger side of the vehicle. Below I have given you a picture of the layout of the fuses. The fuse that handles those is the one marked PCM BAT. Also the relay in the number 14 spot is the fuel pump relay. I hope this helps and good luck.
