I have a friend and he was having the same problem with his Honda so he changed the distributor and afterwards had no more problems, it was because it would get hot and shut down then when it cooled a little bit he could startup and go for a while and then again it would stop then be OK a few days and start allover again

Your multi-function switch is likely toast and shorting internally. Removing the column shroud and inspecting the wiring will tell you if it's wiring. Given the fact the headlamps work but everything else doesn't suggests multi-function switch.

The windshield wipers on my 2007 dodge magnum will not turn off even if the car is not running unless I take fuse out, how can I possibly get the problem resolved

I switched the two relays under the power center cover, the intermittent relay and the power relay for the wipers and it fixed the problem. I guess the relay must have stuck to the closed side causing the wipers to have constant power if its not the relays then its the multi function switch replace relays first

The cruise control on my 1993 Honda Accord LX, automatic 4 cylinder works sometimes and sometimes not. It worked three days ago. It wouldn't work the next day. The following day it would. Now it won't...

Sounds like possibly a safety switch associated with the brake or shifter is engaging intermittently. There is definitely one behind the brake because when you apply the brake the cruise kicks out. Try looking for this switch and check it out.
