Looking for a sump pan for a Midlum 150

Depends a bit where you are. In many locations wreckers maintain a parts query website, to which they all subscribe. You place a query, and any wrecker with the part will email you, eg

Look for these websites. Also eBay lists one or two of these vehicles but the seller nay not want to separate the pan from the engine,

If it is dented and gashed you can have it welded OK.

96 ford f-150, well that was the first problem. I continued to drive it with overdrive turned off. Then it got so it surges when you stop at a light and it's in gear. You have to rev it up a little to...

What was the first problem ??
If you have a trouble code for the idle air bypass valve, it means the valve is not working, not that the valve is defective. You could have a dirty throttle body or sludge in the port for the valve. The computer uses the valve to control air entering the intake to regulate idle speed.

Runs terrible misses loss of power and reading p0174 code.

P0174 means that you have to much oxygen in the exaust system. When your car is running your computer sets the air/fuel mixture for you to run at its best perfomance. Most causes for this propblems are; 1. MAF Mass Air Flow Sensor. 2. worn out/dry rotted/ leaky vacuum lines 3. posible EGR vavle but not real common & 4. low fuel pressue. You can clean the MAF with electrical parts cleaner but don't touch the wires and stuff and I would only use elecrical parts cleaner. It should be located in the air duct. Next I would check all my vaccuum lines including the EGR valve for dry rot and the such. The finally you might want to change your fuel filter if it hasn't been done in awhile as well as if posible check your fuel pressure. Disconnect your battery when you are taking the MAF off. I hope this helps and good luck.

Volkswagen lt 2.8 cut down on the road, when i restart works

If it sputters to a stop, then I would suspect fuel delivery problems, If it stops abruptly, then likely loss of ignition power (fuse?) or loss of the crank or cam sensor signals. You need to have a code reader attached while driving, that records intermittent faults, to track this one down. It could also be the computer itself!
