Question about 1997 Isuzu Trooper
One of the transmission speed sensors (input(TURBINE)shaft or the output shaft sensor has failed. There is usually a transmission based trouble code for this issue. You could try to go to a local autoparts store such as autozone and ask them to put their scanner on it and make note of the trouble code. If no codes are foound then I would go ahead and take it in to a transmission shop as they will have software/scan tool that will be able to pin point it mosre closely then the auto part store.
