What would cause my throttle body not to spray fuel

Could be no fuel pressure, no power to the injectors, or no ground pulse from the engine computer.

Ford ltd repair

Could be electrical, but probably not a relay.
A mechanic would unplug the injectors and check each one for a short to ground, power from the key switch, and a ground signal from the engine computer.
The injectors won't spray unless the engine is cranking.

I have replaced the fuel pump on my 1991 chevy cheyenne im getting fuel to the injectors but they aint working

Check the injector fuse. With key on, injectors should have constant power available to them on one wire. The other injector wire is ground wire. With constant power to injectors, all it takes to pulse the injectors is for the computer to ground the injector ground inside the computer for a split second, and pulse occurs, causing fuel to spray out the injectors.
So if injectors aren't working, either the injector drive circuit (the power to injectors) or the injector ground circuit is lost. You can buy a cheap "noid light" at any auto parts store, and check the injector circuit. Just plug the light into the injector connector and crank the engine over. If the light is blinking, circuit is good. If no light, the circuit has a problem, either on the drive side or the ground side.
Here's a way to check the ground circuit separately. Use a test light clipped to the Positive battery post. Probe the ground wire terminal of the injector connector while the engine is cranked over. The test light should be blinking-meaning the computer is grounding the circuit normally and would be causing the injectors to pulse, if power is available to them.

93 astro van fuel injectors not spraying

Unless you have a clogged fuel line going into the throttle body, something got missed.
With the key on, can you ground one of the injectors and make it spray ?

look for a bad ground, you can try running a new ground from the battery to the body, i had an 89 corsica that would not fire until i ran the new ground wire.

Have you actually checked the fuel pressure ? The return line could be blocked or one of the injectors could be shorted to ground.
The computer grounds the injectors to regulate "on" time. If one of the injectors is shorted to ground both will be open full no matter what the computer does. And the computer can cause the short.
You can check the circuits with a meter.
If the temp sensor had failed and was telling the computer it was 30 below zero you should get a check engine light. But it would cause the injectors to be very rich.

Check the injector for 12v on one wire. if good check the other wire for a ground witth the key on. The ground wire pulses from the ECM If you dont have 12v from one wire to the other but you have 12v from one wire to battery ground then be sure the ground wire is good to the computer. If you don't have 12 v at any time check for open hot wire or bad fuse. ADD 12v to the hot wire at the injector. DO NOT add to the wrong wire or you will fry the computer

I had the same problem with my 1990 chevy 1500 (350) replaced the plugs and wires no luck. I replaced the fuel pressure regulator, still no luck. So i called my mechanic he said it would either be the map sensore or the coolant temp sensor. I didnt figure the coolant temp sensor would cause my truck to flood but it was a 17 dollar part so i gave it a shot, took 10 seconds to switch it out with a 19mil deep socket. Truck fired up and ran like a top no more flooding. =)

Wont rev past 4500rpm

I hade this proble on my 86. It may not be your same problem but check the connection plugs on your secondary injectors the heat from the engine worped the connectors preventing a tight fit so they would come loose and at about 4500 rpm the car would bog cause of lak of fuel.. or your secondary injector are bad
