If your headlight on off switch is also your turn signal switch and high low switch then it is likely the switch.

Check your fuses first and then check your hazard flasher relay. As for your high/low beams, could be your head light switch itself.

i also checked the fuses with a tester while in the fuse box and maybe half wouldn't make the tester light up but when i switch out fuses the tester would light up then. could it be the fuse box itself or the wire connection to the fuse box?

You said that your turn signals stop working, does this happen after you have them on for a few seconds ? If yes, then most likely if your flasher relay. Have you replaced this component ?

no they just stop working completely along with the dimmer and i only have one speed on the windshield whipper control. lights, signal and dimmer on left control and whippers on right control but connected like bunny ears

Do you have the covers and steering wheel removed to access the harnesses that connect to the switches ? Might want to trace them all the way back to fuse panel and see if wiring is damaged.
Have you checked the dimmer also ?

You might want to check your flasher relay to include power / ground and wiring.

Where is the headlight relay of hyundai grace

If they don't come on, Look at the fuses. Pull them out and look. This takes care of corrosion problems. If you only have low or high beams. Replace the turn signal switch. The only light relay is the turn signal switch.

Low beams wont turn on brights will

check that you have power from the light switch to the relays to trigger the relay to turn the lights on. IT may be a faulty light switch--- fuse --light module control unit.

My light problem is i have low beam on right side no low on left side i turn highs on and right side goes out and high on left turns on then when back to lows beams and i pull turn signal to flash high...

If you have separate bulbs for the low and high beams(4 light system), if you pull the turn signal and hold it, all 4 lights will stay on until you release the turn signal. You need to replace the bright bulb on the right side and the low bulb on the left side. If your headlights only have one bulb on each side, then you will have to replace both of them to get everything to work.

High beams shine too close to the vehicle. How do you only adjust high beams without disturbing low beam alignment

The alignment of the head lights aligns both at the same time since there is only one bulb. It sounds as if the bulbs may be the problem. The filament in the bulb may be starting to go bad, or if bulbs are new the filments are bad. If the low beams are also off check that bulbs are installed and seated properly. If they are they will need alignment. If alignment is needed go to a shop that has the tool ta align head lights, They don't just pull car up to a wall and guess that its right or close.

Low Beams suddenly stopped working

SURE!...Take/Tow your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it. OR --- Go to and register( Vehicle by VIN). Afterward, you have access to shop manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, etc. about your vehicle.
