Might of had your bearings tightened too much or not enough. Did you have it done at an approved repair shop ? If yes, might want to take it back for them to correct problem.

The shop you took it to either damaged, failed to connect or did not adjust the sensors at the wheels. You have 2 choices, you can unhook the battery on the car (and you will lose all the settings on things) and hope it resets if the shop did it right, or you can take it back to the shop because they caused it and need to fix it.

Why is my traction light coming on and off in my 2003 ford mustang

Could be a bad wheel sensor. Traction comes on when the ABS sees one wheel turning faster than the other. Usually this happens when a bearing is start to go out. If you hear a noise while turning, like a low hum. It would be a bearing. Turning left and hear the noise would be the right bearing. Because you are putting more pressure on it.

What does it mean when dash lights are abs, brakes & tractio off is lighting up?

abs light means u have a problem with one or more abs sensors located on the each wheel bearring or it can be one of the wheel bearring, brake light means u have to replace the emergency brakes and traction off can be a fault with the abs sensors or the abs pump but u can go to auto zone or any autoparts where tey can scan ur car for free

I just changed my tranny on my 1997 DeVille and now the traction light and ABS come on. When that happens, the traction and ABS don't seem to work but the brakes work normally. If I stop the engine and...

There is a good possibility that this may not be a transmission related issue but a bearing hub assembly which may be going bad. The abs sensor is contained the with in the wheel bearing. They may be able to put a scan tool on it and let you know what codes are disabling the abs and traction control but quite possibly just a bad wheel bearing.

ABS light is on all the time as well as Traction Control light. Grinding occurs while driving

with traction control set up cars abs and tranction control sensors are in the wheel bearings when a wheel bearing goes out grinding will come from front wheels and will ruin abs and traction control sensors causing the malfunction. Most likely by your description this will be it.

The traction control system uses the abs wheel sensors to detect wheel speed if the abs light is on the entire abs system will disable giving you regular braking but it will also stop feeding info to the traction control

We were having this problem...have your wheel bearing checked out. There was a sensor in the drivers side wheel bearing...once we replaced it (because it was going out) the ABS and Traction Control warning lights stopped coming on.

Traction Contrl and ABS Light on

No, it is probably not related. Usually the ABS and traction control light is either a wheel sensor problem, located in one of the wheel bearings, or most likely in the wire harness from the wheel bearing sensor. Remove wires and spray clean with a good solvent electric spray, and check the condition of the receptacle. I have had these problems with my 02 AWD so many times it has become almost routine. GM really have a problem with this type of speed sensor in the wheel bearings. In the AWD model, it keeps the car in FWD if the ABS light is on for any reason. JUNK!
