SOURCE: location of fuel pump relay on a 1989 Chrysler new

Open hood and on left fender are there are 3 relays. The first one toward front of car is the ASD relay or fuel pump relay.

The fuel filter for 1990 new yorkeris located underneath mid body on the passenger side of car. The starter relay for just to know is located behind the front end of the battery in the fender well. Once you remove the battery you will see it.

what would make you think its the computer??. If you've troubleshot the problem to that kudos to you, but if you are wrong you could be spending alot of money on new computer that doesn't fix the problem. The problem you describe could be caused by a lot of components including idling components
