I see black round circle - Cars & Trucks

A ROUND YELLOW CIRCLE LIGHT WITH LINES ON EACH SIDE MEANS BRAKE PROBLEMS FRONT BRAKES OR REAR BRAKES HAS A FAULT. NOW IF CIRCLE HAS LINES INSIDE YOUR POWER STEERING FLUID LOW NEED CHECKING.THE WARNING LIGHT WILL TURN OFF WHEN PROBLEM FIX.

find the washer reservoir, and look at the very bottom. That round black circle with two wires and one hose is the washer pump. You have to replace the whole thing. before you do that jumper the battery directly to the wire plug, if it runs then your interior switch is bad or there is a fuse bad. if a fuse though, something else is generally kaput.

front brake pads need replacing NOW.......(think about how brake shoes work.....)

it sounds like the esp/asr warning lamp indicating a fault with the stability system. Is your abs lamp on too?

Look down where the white circle is and you will see a black round casing with a 32mm (i think) nut on it. It helps to remove the air intake hose in front of the white circle for easier access.

What you found is the alarm module. Just tuck it back in securely. Nothing to worry about right now...

If this is a 2002 Malibu, then the elongated is the lock, the circle next to it is the unlock, red is the panic, and the circle next to the panic is the trunk. Hope this helps.

Here you will see the left headlight we are going to take out, but the same procedure can be applied also to the right one (click will open a bigger photo in a new window)


First, remove the cover circled in green (just take it, it is not fixed with screws), then, with a Torx screwdriver, remove the two screws circled in red

Under (yes, almost hidden) the cables circled in red and yellow there are two more Torx screws, you don't need to unscrew them all, only make 2 or 3 rounds

Last, we have to remove the power connector. To remove it, pull the little plastic block lever circled in green and then, while holding it, pull out the whole connector (in red). After that the headlight is free, and you can take it out from the chassis


Et voila', headlight removed :) Red circles are for the vertical offset control, don't touch them unless you know what you're doing. Lights are located under the black plastic covers

Check the fuel tank, in the boot there should be a round black cover on the floor to remove and pump is there.
