SOURCE: tranny bubbles and radiator overheat

The tranny is cooled from the rad. There is a lot of slip inside the tranny causing it to overheat and in turn overheats the engine.
This a major tranny prob! My advice is to get a rebuilt tranny installed. Too many times shops will 'patch-up' a tranny costing as much or more. Going for a used one is like throwing a dice.
The prob could have started with brake drag! Frankster016

07 Kia Sedona has air bubbles in trans fluid what causes that is there a way to fix it

I dont know how many miles are on your car, But kia suggests that the transmission fluid be changed at 105,000 miles. As for the air bubbles in fluid, it can be caused by level being to high in transmission. God-Bless!

Bubbles transmission fluid

I'm not sure the bubbles are telling you anything. When the transmission or power steering is working, you can have bubbles in the fluid.
One possible cause for the stalling at stops is a faulty torque converter lockup solenoid.

1994 dodge caravan 3.3 L . I replaced thermostat 195. filled rad , ran motor for 1 hour with cap off , no bubbles, put cap on , ran 10 min, temp in car low worm not hot worm.

so we can assume you removed all bubbles by bleeding and no vapor lock in engine.(i assume that you did this when in front of car is raised to collect bubble at highest point)

if done correctly there should not be any bubbles in system. so we can say that your cabin heater core is clogged partially. remove is and clean it. if it cant be done you need a new heater core. to reach it you need to remove some dash panels. dont brake clips when removing dash.

Turns over but wont start. i replaced coil packs about 4 months ago. ?? & is it true, if i am loosing coolant, but i dont see any leaks. it can be goin into intake? And replacing the upper intake will...

It can be going out of the exhaust. Fill the radiator up to the neck of the filler. Warm up the engine and let it idle, leave the cap off the radiator and keep it topped up. Check for bubbles in the radiator.
if there are bubbles then you have a cylinder head leak.

Toyota wont start over heated replace the thermostat and radiator cap could it be the water pump is bad how do I tell

if it wont start immediatly after it overheated then you may have blown the head gasket, or melted a coolant temp sensor or other sensor or wire. look closly for the melted stuff. remove radiator cap and fill with water to the top of the rim. have someone crank it and if a air bubbles come out while cranking then a headgasket is most likely blown. some little bubbles at first dont mean nothing. its a steam of bubbles the whole time its being cranked that indicates head gasket
