Question about Ford F-150
I don't think they make manuals for this type project - it's strictly a do it yourself if you dare. You'll probably need to change your entire front suspension, you will need to add a front differential/axle unit, a different transmission with a transfer case, probably engine mounts, possibly different exhaust system.
For a 20+ year-old truck, the cost will be prohibitive. I'd recommend selling this one and finding a 4wd from-the-factory F150.

Eiser to just take body off and put on another truck to do a conversion will cost more than buying a truck 10 years newer --between cost-tear down - parts -time -fabricating- not worth doing
