New headlight switch installed same problem no headlights fuses good under front hood is there a fuse box in trunk for the headlights

there could be a black plastic box that has fuses but also you will find relays. From the relay you can find the socket that feeds 12v directly into the headlight and see if headlight is ok and if the relay is suppling 12v to the headlight. Also from the relay you can also check if the switch is supplying 12v to the relay coil with a voltmeter or a 12 volt probe tester. you may have a faulty relay but you could test this via a volt meter.
you may have blown globes by getting a wire and putting terminal connectors that match the relay legs and manually supplying the 12volts to the headlights from the relay socket you can test if the globes light up . So basically you are doing the relays job

Glow plug troubleshooting

Connect a volt meter to earth and glow plug supply wire, turn ignition on, should get a battery voltage reading for about 10 seconds, if not the timer relay is not supplying power. If you get voltage, remove the glow plugs and test with an ohm meter for resistance, (no reading? open circuit, not working). Heater relay is a heavy duty relay with a 60amp battery supply, generally in the bulk head area. (DON'T DIRECT FEED THE GLOW PLUG! could burn them out)

30amp auto shutdown fuse blows is it alternater

The ASD relay supplies battery voltage (12+ volts) to the fuel injectors and ignition coil(s). With certain emissions packages it also supplies 12-volts to the oxygen sensor heating elements. The Fuel Pump Relay is a separate relay controlled by the ASD relay input to the PCM. Fuse #12 (10amp) provides 12 volts to the coil side of both the relays and the ignition switch. Fuse #6 (30 amps) supplies 12 volts to the output side of the relay. Fuse #16 (15 amp) from the relay output to the Oxygen Sensors and Fuse #26 (15 amp) relay output to the PCM. Fuse #24 (20 amp) is Fuel pump relay output to fuel pump. Fuse #19 (10 amp) supplies 12 volts direct to the PCM.
look for burned or melted wires in the offending circuit.
sounds like you wiggled a wire while installing new relay.

Iam having fan problems i have change the relay put new water pump and the fan is new also any other things it can be

First off keep in mind that your fan is controlled by temp sending unit which sends a GROUND signal to the fan relay, which opens the curcuit to turn on the fan . Your fan has a CONSTANT 12volt supply going to it which is supplied buy a fuse .
With that being said, check with a volt meter to see if you have power (12 volts) at the fan plug . Ground the negative lead of your volt meter to the batter

HEAD LIGHTS WONT TURN ON

Check the fuse to the headlight circuit which is inside the cabin , under the dashboard. If this is good the supply to the cluster switch, the supply to the relay unit and also the supply to the relay unit. finally the supply circuit to the headlight assembly, the ground connection to the headlight unit and finally the lamps and holders.check using a multimeter for the 12 volt line and the line continuity.

Mitsubishi eclispe 2001 rs won't start theres no spark and dont hear the gas pumping

change the pcm relay or fuse. this relay supply 12 volt to fuel pump and ignition coil. go to the dealer and ask for the diagram for pcm relay and read it carefully or ask a friend to help you. check the fuse that supply 12v to the relay. mechanic shop will charge you for big price for electrical problem. most pcm relay is near the car computer at passenger side.

I have replaced my fuel pump and cannot get it to run. I measured the voltage at the main connector and I have 7 volts. I have only 3 volts at the pump. Do I need a new sending unit? What should the...

Disconnect your battery. Switch your meter to ohms. Don't let the battery terminals touch the metal body. Put the negitive meter lead on the body and the positive meter lead on the one that is only 3 volts at pump. There should be no continuity. If there is, then there might be a short.
Next try putting one meter lead on the 7 volt main connector and the other on the 3 volt supply side. There should be little resistance. If resistance is high then you might have a break in the ciuciut.

I hope this helps.
