Does kind of diesel affect catalyst?

If you mean brand of diesel fuel, no. If you mean additives to the diesel fuel or the amount of sulfur in the fuel, yes. Check your owner's manual for what types of additives to avoid and how much sulfur can be tolerated.

Loose ground wire

It may be for factory fog/driving lights or second horn etc. that are not part of your vehicle's specific accessory package. Car manufacturers sometimes use a "one size fits all" wiring harness to shorten manufacturing time and reduce "special" wiring harness parts stocks. These harnesses have plugs and wires in them that don't attach to things your car isn't equipped with but would in other cars that have other "extras" yours doesn't. Also it could be the outside air temperature sensor which quite a few manufactures mount out in that area. The best option is to use some plastic tye-wraps and secure it up inside the body. Attaching it to other parts of the wiring harness is best so it doesn't accidentally rub against a metal frame part and short out later.

Mitsubishi l200 cuts out

It is probably the Suction Control Valve (SCV), it is fitted on the back of the highpressure diesel pump. I just changed one and it works all fine. The Valve should be around 200 euros on ebay, or about 450 euros at your Maindealer. Universal diagnostics will tell you all kinds of things but not this valve. Don`t know what about the proper Mitsubishi Program.
Good luck

Have '97 Suburban 5.7 lt with a P0045 diag code. Everything I have found says it is a diesel turbo problem - the truck is not diesel nor turbo charged.

Hello: I don't know where you got that code from or what kind of scanner was used or if the operator of the scanner enter the truck information correctly. I think the code is po45 which would indicate the rear O2 sensor is faulty or faulty wiring to the rear O2 sensor. The rear O2 sensor is behind the catalytic converter. I would get the code re-checked again. Auto Zone O'REilly or Advance auto will normally check the code at no cost to you.

The light inside the car always on , i don't know what is the problems , some one told me that the potom hanged on the door is not working that is why the light is always on

You need to check the door switchs.
One maybe jammed on or the wiring is shorting to ground.
