I looked at info for the 3.4L
I need more info, I don't know what testing you have done? When you first turn on the key, no crank, can you hear the fuel pump run for a couple seconds? Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure.
Don't forget the fuel injectors.
The diagram is fuel pump relay--3.4L engine.

Testimonial: "Actually I need the diagram for the pump. The pump does not run when you first turn the key on. What you gave me may work, if the wires going to the pump are the same color as when they leave the fuse block. This car actually has the 2.2 but I would guess the wiring would be the same either way...but again, that's just a guess. It runs if you squirt fuel down the throttle so I know I'm getting spark, ignition etc. I have power at the relay, it is open somewhere between. This car's kind of been a nightmare. The security system failed, he didn't have the money to go through the whole deal with replacing everything so I bypassed it with a resistor. But before I did that it had to be pushed into the building because it wouldn't start even if you did the "re-learn" trick. I don't recall hearing the fuel pump then either but assumed the security system killed it and the ignition. It appears it's got more than one issue going on at the same time, uncommon but it happens. If you have the diagram for the wires back at the tank, that would be wonderful. Thank you for replying, Wayne"

Click on the link, 2.2L fuel pump. gray wire is voltage, black is ground. Key on initial prime doesn't need an rpm signal, but, engine cranking, there should be an rpm signal.

EXCELLENT! Thank you so much! I can't believe how much searching I've done and how little I've found. That is EXACTLY what I needed to know. Thanks, Wayne

I assumed the big red wire would be seems like that's the case most of the time. It was the case on the coilpack. Are you familiar with the security system? Is it supposed to kill spark or fuel or both? It's been eliminated but before I did, the car wouldn't start, no fuel pump run when the key was turned on so we pushed it in and I did the bypass. I assumed the security system was killing the fuel pump but I had no spark before doing the bypass, now I do...but still no fuel.

I got lost somewhere, what big red wire?
My info shows you have passlock antitheft. Usually that only disables fuel injectors.

Ok, it turns out the relay is not activating. If I understand how that little grey 4 pin relay is supposed to work, I'm missing a power to J7. It appears that the G6 connection is ground, that would mean I should be getting a positive connection to J7 in order to activate the electromagnet.
    Am I correct about that?
If so, what is that image of G103? Is that body ground?
And for the J7 positive connection, where does power come from? A friend of mine told me he THOUGHT that one was supposed to be hot all the time, even key off.

I guess what I really need to know is where the Dark green/white wire, that connects to J7 leads to or comes from. Because it's not hot, ever. So the relay isn't activating.

I pulled the fuse block apart and found the grey wire that goes to the pump but the J7 connection doesn't have a wire going to it that I can see. Is it powered internally in the fuse block?

The dark green wire with white tracer leads to computer, yes, voltage. G103 should be a chassis ground.
J7 is not fused, voltage comes from computer. With engine cranking, I believe the computer has to see rpm signal or there will be no voltage to control side of relay. The initial prime needs no rpm signal, so key on no crank, the pump should run a couple seconds, then stop unless you crank it.
I can't tell if something wrong with wiring circuit or pcm. You could check for voltage close to the pcm connector, dark green wire with white tracer, see if voltage there, engine cranking, if voltage, something wrong with wiring circuit.

Bingo, that's exactly what I was looking for. I actually bought a manual, between looking at that and what you just said, I know exactly what has to happen. I'm still looking in the manual for the pin out but I just got back from the parts store. There may only be one dark green with white on the whole connector but you never know, you see several solid black, several'd be my luck there'd be two green with white and I'd pick the wrong one. Thanks a lot for the help.

Hi, I can,t seem to find a diagram of the fuel system to locate the fuel filter on my 96 plymouth grand voyager. I am not getting any fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Am i on the right track? Thank you ...

Zero fuel pressure means the pump is not functioning. Most likely the pump itself is bad. But first check all fuses, relays and wiring to the pump.
