Reset fuel pressure shut off 91 tempo

Early 90's Fords also had a fuel cut-off switch usually located in the trunk, that would switch off in an accident to prevent more fuel from going to the engine. The problem with the switch is if you hit a bump hard enough, it will trip the switch. So if you not getting fuel, try finding the switch and make sure that it's on.
Hope this helps (remember to rate this answer).

My 91 rodeo has tbi the injectors won't open I have replaced all fuses relays ECM injectors fuel pump still won't squirt gas

the fuel pump sending unit may be bad u may just have to replace the fuel pump itsself check all of youre connections and make sure they are good and clean dirt and grime is one of the worst things for a fuel pump and can also caused the pump not to function properly.

Adjusting fuel pump

If you have the 91 3.1 V6 Rodeo you can't adjust the fuel pump or fuel pressure. The only thing you can really do is to get a throttle body rebuild kit that will have a new diaphragm for the fuel pressure regulator. If you want to adjust it, you'll have to get an aftermarket regulator and install on the return line (the smaller line) and remove the spring out of the regulator on the throttle body. If you feel the fuel pressure is too low, then you might need to change the pump. Its located in the fuel tank, only takes 1 or 2 hours to do.

try the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail, it sounds like its dumping to much fuel. the only other thing that may do that is something in your IAC ( Idle air control) could be stuck.
