Question about Nissan Cars & Trucks
The oil pump can be worn, the shaft that the distributor uses to turn the pump can be broken. You can have a spun crankshaft bearing blocking oil passages.

If you're talking about the frame that sit under the oil pan, you simply remove it, there 2 bolts that hold it on each side.

This can be your Idle control valve, when you turn the air on it puts the engine under load and your computer will increase the idle automatically to prevent the engine from cutting out.
When you are standing still and the car is shaking, by touching the accelerator very softly does the shaking stop? If so check the idle control valve.
I hope this will help.

SOURCE: how to change transmission fluid
Thank you for using FixYa and welcome to the site. You have a drain plug that is on the outside of the transmission. Take that out and let it drain until fully empty. Refer to your owner manual for the proper quarts to be added to your vehicle. You will add the fluid into the dip stick tube. Thanks very much for choosing FixYa.
