I was charged 20.00 twice on Nov. 6th. can you tell me why?
We can't because 'WE' Fixya didn't charge you. We don't charge for anything, our information is free.
You need to contact the people that charged you, or phone your credit card company and request a 'charge back'. Then it is up to the company to tell the credit card company WHY they charged you. The credit card company will refund as soon as you tell them you didn't authorise the payment.
