This indicates that the battery in your key may be of low voltage and the transmission range is less than optimal.. have the battery replaced and see if that fixes the problem. Keep the time taken to change the battery to an absolute minimum or you may have to have it reprogrammed to the car.

You probably caused a short circuit when you changed the light. Change fuse #14. Next time, don't turn the lights on until you are finished changing the lights.

AC/Heat Fan runs continuously and Rear end roaring noise

Sounds like the wheel bearing on the right rear hub may be defective, that would cause the noise if the tires are ok. As far as the fan goes not sure this isn't working as designed.

My car heater works fine sometimes and other times no heat comes out until I hit a bump in the road and it works.

this problem is most commonly caused by either a sticky air temp control blend door or a defective blend door electric actuator, this door controls the air temp at the heater/AC oulets.

Heater/ac not working properly

Easy fix. The vacuum hose has come loose. Happens all the time. The hose is about 1/2" in diameter and can be found under the hood, in the middle of the engine compartment, on the drivers side. Just take a tie wrap and tighten it down over the plastic inlet.
